Shipping Information: Items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Most ship within 24 hours dependent of course on weekends, holidays, weather and other obstacles. Minimum order (w/o s&h) due to high processing costs is $10.00. Minimum order requirement does not apply to mail orders.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

All items are "used" unless otherwise noted. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and all are subject to prior sale. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply email Ebbhaven@aol.com and we will do our best to insure your satisfaction. We prefer, due to high shipping costs, to handle each situation on a case-by-case basis. Refunds and credits are easily handled through PayPal and we will work with you to resolve any problem you may have.

IF I WANT A REFUND DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE? Yes. Any item returned for refund must be returned in the same condition as when received.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGES WHEN I MAKE A RETURN FOR REFUND? Yes. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD IS USED BY FLEAMARKETCOLLECTIBLES.COM? We ship via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. On mail orders a less cotly, but probably slower, shipping method through USPS can be arranged.

HOW CAN I TELL WHAT MY SHIPPING CHARGES ARE? When you go to PayPal to make payment, your shipping/handling charges will be added. Also, you may check our shipping/handling fees on the chart which lists them by total dollar amount of the order. There is a $10.00 minimum order.

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT AN ITEM? You may email Ebbhaven@aol.com for any question about an item in our store. Be sure to include the Item Number and Item Name.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ITEM AFTER I RECEIVE IT? Contact Ebbhaven@aol.com and he will work out a solution that is satisfactory to you.

WILL YOU COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS? Yes, of course we will combine shipping on multiple items to reduce costs. However, items must have been purchased on the same date.

WHEN YOU DESCRIBE AN ITEM DO YOU LIST WHAT, IF ANYTHING, IS WRONG WITH IT? I do my best to fairly describe an item's condition. I strive to tell you what I see when I examine the item. If a detail has been missed, it was not intentional. As is the case with most vintage items, unfortunately, they may not be perfect, but then, that is part of their charm.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept PAYPAL Payments and major credit cards through PAYPAL for online purchases. Money orders, personal checks, business checks, and cash for mail orders. Shipment may be delayed by 10 days to allow a check to clear. There will be a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

CAN I PLACE A MAIL ORDER WITH FLEAMARKETCOLLECTIBLES.COM? Yes. Complete your shopping via the shopping cart. Use the checkout page to obtain the Item Names and Item Numbers and your total amount due including shipping. Then remove the items from your cart. Do not submit (place order). Next, mail a list with your Item Numbers and Item Names along with the total amount due (including shipping) in Money Order, Personal Check, Business Check or cash to: Fleamarketcollectibles, 240 Jefferson St., Bridgeport, WV 26330.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER OF $10.00 REQUIRED FOR MAIL ORDERS? No. Alternate shipping (other than Priority Mail) through the USPS can be arranged to save you money on shipping for mail orders.

WHAT IS AN "EBBBUCK"? Ebbucks are old Ebb's way of saying Thanks to his repeat mail order customers. Ebbucks are currently not redeemable at our Internet Store, but you may use them just like cash on any mail order from Ebbhaven.

HOW CAN I GET AN "EBBUCK"? Ebbucks are inluded with mail orders when your item(s) is shipped. You can save them or apply one or more to your mail order amount in lieu of the equal amount of cash! Currently, Ebbucks cannot be used for online purchases, but may be redeemed on mail orders.

DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES WHEN I RETURN A PURCHASE? Yes.
